When Charlie Davies was injured in a car wreck last year, most people figured that he would not be back in time for the World Cup.
But Charlie is apparently working towards shocking everyone but himself in getting back in time for the World Cup.
I know he has a ton of US fans pulling for him.
Oh yeah, Gooch hopes to be back soon, as well.
Joey Saputo is talking Montreal to MLS as soon as 2011
It would seem like an impossible timeline given that MLS announced Portland and Vancouver as 2011 expansion teams a long time ago and that Montreal would have to get Stade Saputo expanded ASAP. But, if there is one person who could pull it off, it would be Joey Saputo.
But, we shall see.............
