I'm OD-ing on NHL trade deadline coverage today, so this is going to be quick.
- Bruce lauds AC Milan? Really....
- At least it looks like LA got paid to ....... lose out on the Beckham deal. And apparently it was a No-Lose situation!
- Barca-Miami expansion bid is dead. Good for MLS. Bad for the USL. Why?
- Simple, it looks like that means that Portland and Vancouver will be getting the 2011 MLS Expansion teams. Doh!
- Oh yeah, the USL in Miami is in trouble, too!
- Houston has flamed out of the CCL thanks to a 3-0 loss to Atlante.
- Lori Chalupny has been named Co-Captain of the USWNT. The USWNT also won their opening Algarve Cup match 2-0 over Denmark today.
- Real Salt Lake picked up Ned Grabavoy in the MLS Waiver Draft yesterday.
- Carolina picked up midfielder Joseph Kabwe from the Charlotte Eagles. This makes sense.
- It looks like the guest list for Saturday's Kick This! is filled out with Tiger Fitzpatrick, Brent Sancho, and Darren Tilley scheduled to join us.
